The model LR-EXT-80PIN provides a way to extend the spacing between an EVM or DSK and a daughtercard. The extender provides 0.5 inches of additional space between the two boads. Typically, two of these extenders are required to raise a daughtercard on a 2-connector EVM or DSK, and three would be required on a 3-connector EVM or DSK.
